You can wear it at night to measure your sleep quality and wake with a silent, vibrating alarm that is not going to disturb anyone else. You can wear the Fitbit Flex day or night, as it fits comfortably around your wrist and is as well water-resistant, and has a 5-day battery life. The Fitbit Flex will sync to your computer or smartphone so you can access your stats anywhere and see your progress in charts and graphs.
The wristband is made of a flexible, durable elastomer material similar to that used in many sports watches. It is important to note that it does not contain latex. The clasp is made of surgical-grade stainless steel and contains traces of nickel.
The fun part of the Fitbit is having an app that offers lots of graphs, charts, and tools designed to help you track your progress and better understand your health and fitness.
I have to say that I am so glad I got a Fitbit Flex. I can now see how many steps (or how few) I take each day. As well it tells me how well I’m doing with sleep. That was a bit of a wake-up call (pun intended). It seems that I wake up more times than I thought at night and as well I’m more restless than I thought.
It gives me all sorts of information that I feel can only help me in finding solutions so that I live a healthy life.
I also bought an assortment of different colored bands so that I can change up the wristband to match what I’m wearing. Selections are available here.
